I came in and asked for fill in and popish change. No problem 20-25 minutes. I had gel nails but after only 1week my nails& toes polish chipped therefore I didn’t want gel. Phom instantly stop speaking rude in their language. She complained about the entire time she did my nails. I asked for a design she said No just lines on regular polish. What was so rude. I asked do she do eyebrows she looked at the clock. I told her if she didn’t want to do all my services she should’ve told me to come back. I was only asking. I asked her to polish my entire nail. She really talked about me(Lol)I asked for my toes to get polish the same color my nails. She said No I said full in. She wouldn’t polish them. She spoke rudely about another customer because she told Mike she didn’t like the design on her names. If you run a business you have to be friendly. They gotta know everyone has translation app on their phone. They don’t have to worry about my family ever coming back. I’m sitting in front of the building writing this review.

The nail tech with the longest hair is absolutely rude and don’t recommend ….. when you walk in they tell you 10 mins when they really mean 20 plus mins. They are under staff and expect you to wait on them nope not happening I’m paying you! So be on my time!

Very rude to me when I walked in for a wax and didn’t acknowledge that I was there and told me they were too busy. Customer was rude to me as well. Not a pleasant environment. Seems like they are all about the money. Don’t waste your time coming here.
