I have done my nails with almost everyone in their staff (if not everyone) and I have never had a negative experience. I never have to wait long when I go, especially if I’ve made a reservation. The last time I went I asked for colorful French SNS nails and the nail technician was more than happy to do it – most importantly, I loved the result!

I’m so done with this place. 5 days and my gel polish is peeling off. What a waste of my time and money which is very valuable to a stay at home mom. I’ve been here a few times before the pedicures are done good but when it comes to gel manis I always have an issue. I’m officially done giving this place chances and I will take my time and money somewhere else! Look at my pictures, this is a 5 day old gel manicure and it looks gross.

They are very nice and sweet. My nail teach, Q, is simply amazing. He always makes sure that my nails look great and that there will be no chipping anytime soon. I always had a hard time making my nails last longer than a week. I didn’t have to do my nails for 3-4 weeks after I got them done here. They have amazing service and are quick with Walk-in as well.

ZERO customer service, I wish I could do not even a star review. I asked for a matching color for my pedi and manicure the “manager” said yes no problem have a sit with “her”. First thing I said please make sure tou have the matching color but not gel for my tous. It has to match because I am the maid of honor of a wedding and thats what the bride requested and She said “yeah, yeah” and started removing the gel from my hands after removing the gel that I have left from 3 weeks ago that was almost gone and I had 4 nails complely removed before I walked in because they were already peeling so I just pulled it.. She said “no color match do gel for your toes” I said NO gel for my tous, she left to talk to someone and said “okay its $10.00 and aI am seating like $10 for what? She could even talk or say anything else because she didnt speak well english and obviously I was saying that it was not fair and how bad the customer service was. I payed $10.00 just for them to leave my alone and I spoke with the “manager” who was smoking outside and he told me to came go back Inside to take a look of the color I selected. He said oh no we dont have opi matching color for toes and I said that was the first thing I asked but they either dont understand english or they do bad business because they are desperate! DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!

Went to the store couple of times with my husband and as a reward for paying with cash they give you their lotalty card and mark it everytime. At the end you should receive free eyebrow waxing, i went to them and they told me i have to use it with a service. The card clearly states FREE EYEBROW WAXING and it doesn’t say with service. What a scam? When i argued with him it is not on the card, he said we tell you that.
