Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI go there every 2-3 weeks for an eyelash extension refill and I book an appointment in advance with Nathaly every single time. She is always doing her best to accommodate her schedule so I get my lashes done whenever I need to and always takes her time so my lashes come out perfect! I go there every 2-3 weeks for an eyelash extension refill and I book an appointment in advance with Nathaly every single time. She is always doing her best to accommodate her schedule so I get my lashes done whenever I need to and always takes her time so my lashes come out perfect! The spa is beautiful, clean and always has amazing reception service.

Positive: ProfessionalismWhat can I say .. I was very impressed . Very polite as soon as you come in . I saw the owner walking around seemed very nice had a good vibe. Elaine Calana was on time on point very knowledgeable and her lip art work was impecable ! She is a true artist ! I will no longer go anywhere else . I have gone to other places where they advertise as amazing .. and I was taken care by the owner . I will not say where .. but horrible did not even measure my eyebrow .. yup yup !
