Karen, Tianna, and Mia were awesome. Not only did they curl, blowdry and silk press my hair with professional expertise, they were all so sweet and kind. Just what you want to experience from a long day at work. The ADU experience was awesome at Oviedo. You should check them out. Just pick one of them; promise you, you will not regret it.

My sister and I recently visited All Dolled Up Oviedo. We absolutely enjoyed our overall ADU experience!!! I cannot stop thinking about Mrs.Karen healing hands from the incredible much needed hair wash she provided. My scalp in singing hallelujah! Mrs.Tiana outdid herself with my extremely 10+ yrs long overdue blowout! My sister is still enjoying and slinging her silkout and looking amazing by Mrs.Karen and Miss.Mia finishing touches! Yes we are rebooking!Oviedo Stylists Rocks!!!

CUSTOMER BE WARNED: I ended up getting an infection from whatever product was used on my head. I was burned multiple times while getting my hair straightened. Nor was I told that I had to pay for a trim I was asked “would you like a trim as well” and then after I agreed with no price said I was told “yes you are going to need it cause it is too damaged..” and in which she cut a LOT of my hair off because it was “damaged” without even asking if it was okay to cut that much just that it “ had to be done” Last but not least my hair came out stiff STIFF and not silky. I could of did everything she did at my own house. Safe to say I will never go back. Awful experience. I wasn’t even asked any questions during the process and she didn’t even ask how I wanted my hair parted AND IT WASNT EVEN PARTED STRAIGHT i had to go home and fix it myself. Very obvious that the lady was new as she asked frequent question to her coworker. I tried to complain and get my money back but was told it was my fault because I “bleached and dyed my hair” before the appointment which is my fault when I told them I bleached+dyed it 2 days before. I was over talked, accused of doing whatever happened to myself and wasn’t listened to. And the silk press was stiff and looked like I just straightened my hair at home.i wasn’t satisfied with my style and had to wash it out within the next two days. I Will definitely be looking into a lawsuit, it was a traumatic experience and I cried as soon as I got in the car. I feel bad for any future customers.

Loved the atmosphere of the facility as well as the music. My stylist was Romana. She was nice and made me feel comfortable to an extent, however I wasn’t offered a beverage such as the other client that was there.I just expected better hospitality in that sense without me having to ask. Perhaps I’m wrong. Anyway, I asked for flat twist and when I eventually took out my week worth flat twist it did not look up to par versus what I’m used to. I expected my twist out to look amazing especially having it in for a week. After leaving Tampa, I just haven’t find the right person for my hair unfortunately. Perhaps it was just the stylist but I wasn’t too fond of my style(after taking out the twist) that cost me $95. Also the gel she used left my hair feeling heavy and stiff after taking out the twist. If I ever do return it would be someone else and hoping to get the desired look.

Five stars for Janesia! This salon is only as good as it’s stylists and Janesia was everything I hoped for. She made my silk out quick, under an hour, and didn’t pass the flat iron over my hair more than necessary. Her efficiency was incredible. Also, she didn’t try to make a lot of small talk with me, which was a huge bonus. She was focused and got me in and out. I am very impressed with her.

She was very specific with what she wanted and even called to confirm, but the stylist changed the plan the day of and didn’t tell her until it was too late. She came home with her hair looking worse than when she went in.

I moved to Orlando about 7 years ago, from Fort Lauderdale, where I had one of the best stylist. Since moving, I have not had the pleasure of a great hair style until I met Kim. She is a gem !!. Excellent stylist, pleasant personality and most importantly she’s so accommodating. Thanks for making my hair smile again. . Always on point now!!

Had a great experience at this salon. The salon was clean and neat.My Natural hair care specialist was a pleasant lady named Myriam. She was informative and patient. I felt like it was just us two in the salon. She does amazing work. I had my locs done today and received great service. I had them colored cut twisted and styled all at a great price. I scheduled an appointment for All Dolled Up Salon located in Oviedo on June 12th and received email confirmation that same day that the appointment was set. I scheduled the appointment for the date of Wednesday June 17th at 5:30pm with a stylist named Karen. I received an email reminding me of the appointment on June 14th and again on June 16th. I received a text message on June 14th and again on June 16th asking me to confirm the appointment and I confirmed it on June 16th and received a text confirmation back from All Dolled Up Oviedo thanking me for confirming. I showed up for the appointment on Jun 17th at 5:30pm and was told that Karen was not there yet. I was greeted by Kim and she told me she was going to call Karen to find out where she was. She left Karen a voicemail. Karen did not show up, nor did she return the call to Kim and she also did not send her a text. Kim was very pleasant and offered to braid my hair after she finished working on her two appointments and after I waited for 30 minutes I let Kim know that I was no longer able to wait and thanked her for offering to help me. At this point, there was still no contact from Karen. I thought this was very very unprofessional by Karen and to make matters worse, I received an email later that evening that I was a “no show” for my appointment. Karen never called or text me to apologize and ask me if I would like to reschedule. I completely understand that things happen and emergencies or unplanned situations arise, however, it would have been nice to have received a call asking me to reschedule rather than for her (Karen) to waste my time waiting for 30 minutes. Let me be clear, I am not faulting the stylist that did try to help me, named Kim, nor am I faulting the salon All Dolled Up, but I do feel that they are responsible for running a professional business and just as they hold me responsible for keeping my appointment and appreciate me arriving on time for my appointment and for waiting for a stylist who never arrived (I was also made aware of the cancellation policy several times in the emails that I received) I also would have appreciated the reciprocity. Ultimately, a disappointing experience.
