I get the best fade I’ve ever had and have been told multiple times by other shops that it’s a difficult fade because I have dark hair and a pale scalp. I get compliments on my cuts all the time. Bnai is friendly, does a great job and gets people in and out pretty fast so even if there’s a wait, it’s usually not too bad. If anyone has a complaint about customer service, it’s probably because these ladies are busy and serve as their own secretarial staff and perform the cuts. They don’t have time to chat on the phone.
