I have had several appointments with Elizabeth Simone. Liz has been incredible in terms of listening to my concerns and offering feedback and a timeline for procedures to address my various needs. She is quite knowledgeable, clearly communicates what the procedure might feel like and what to expect afterwards (all 100% accurate) and is someone I trust without reservation. The facility is spotless and I always feel relaxed. Liz is enthusiastically addressing many decades of sun damage and I am thrilled to already see results. She is kind, has a great sense of humor, and I always leave feeling better about myself. Thank you, Liz!

She takes the time to answer all questions and calls to follow up after each hydrofacial and/or other procedures. The quality of her work is excellent! I had laser hair removal (under arm, leg and bikini) many years ago at All Care Laser Center. I thought I had done my research, I met the owner (Lisa) and was impressed. The rooms are very clean and she seemed very knowledgeable. I had a few treatments with her then I was passed onto Kristina (or is it Kristine ?) I now have some white spots on my legs that I found out are “bleach spots” that result from the laser being at too high of a setting. I also had some sun spot removal on my face that also left some bleach spots. I regret not going to a center that has direct Physician oversight as if there was, my bleach spots likely would not have occurred. Beware, you only have one face, make sure a Physician oversees your treatments. I know Lisa told me that she teaches the doctors how to use the lasers, but there isn’t an “MD” after her name, perhaps if there was I would not be writing this review.
