I came to this place because the only other review from 2 years ago said he got a great haircut. But this place is under new ownership now for the past month. The new owner’s name is John, and not only is John a barber with over 30+ years of experience, he is an artist and takes his craft seriously. I have Asian hair which can be a bit difficult (it’s much more thick/coarse and straight, so any mistake is very noticeable), and the previous place I went for a cut butchered my hair. I frequented this place and John immediately knew what went wrong and how to remedy my haircut. He’s patient, talks you through what he does and why, and on top of that he’s super friendly! Plus you can’t beat the price in town. I grabbed several of his cards and posted them around the FLETC dorms/buildings and have personally told all my male colleagues about his barbershop. I’m now a loyal customer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. You’ll walk out feeling you’ve received great service and a great haircut!
