All American Barbershop is a 20 year plus family owned barbershop. Chin White brings 52 years of barbering to All American. A true Master of her craft. Her son Christopher L White has been with All American for 20 years and is also a Master Barber known for his attention to detail and fades. Majority of all barbershop owners in Newport County have worked for All American Barbershop at one point in their careers. We have a family style environment. We provide easy walk in service as well as appointment can be made to provide service for those people on the run or have limited time on lunch breaks or etc. We are excited to meet you someday and we can handle any hair cut or style you throw at us.

I love the people over here. I’ve gotten haircuts from 3 of the people that work here. You can’t go wrong with any of them. Especially being in the military, I just need a basic skin fade every few weeks or so. These guys get the job done and their prices are very reasonable. Would highly recommend if you just moved here and are in the military.

Perfect haircut every time. However, I can only give it 4 stars. The reason being is that after they cut my hair and I stepped outside, there was a young woman driving in the road staring at me. I looked too handsome and she ended up rear-ending the car in front of her. I’m not even a good looking guy but All American’s haircuts make the three hairs on my head look presentable. Highly recommend.

This is one of the absolute best haircuts I have gotten in Rhode Island. Better price than the other three places I to also. Both the lady that owns the place and Chris do an excellent job. Soft touch and very precise. I asked for a low fade and just a trim off the top, that was exactly what I got. No nonsense, fantastic hair cut, great conversation and great price. Comparable to what I would pay $30-35 for back in San Diego and better than what I paid $20-25 for here in Rhode Island.

Second time on this location. First experience with the female barber was great. Second time with the male barber was terrible. Asked for a low fade, ended up with a very high choppy fade. He didn’t even want me to review to hair cut afterwords in the mirror.

One of the few places I’ve been cut where I’ve never left unhappy. Chris is an excellent barber; his mother is great as well–especially for young children. They can be busy so you might have to wait; but they will squeeze you in. Cash only.
