Great experience, the Pam is so great totally down to earth and good at what she does, that’s for sure. Madison, I believe was her receptionist and she was bubbly and made it a pleasant experience. And happy with my haircut.

Pam is amazing with my hair . She was one of the only hair stylist that seemed to listen to me when I talked . I’m also have very bad social anxiety but not with her she just put me at ease . I highly recommend going to her or to anyone here . They all seem like down to earth girls.

I have seen Pam at All About You several times and have NEVER been disappointed!! She does a tremendous job of cutting and coloring my hair! I love that she knows exactly what I’m thinking!! She is extremely talented! I’ve also NEVER had trouble getting in!! they are extremely accommodating! For great hair, All About You is the place to go!!!!

Pam is fantastic! I’ve been in Iowa almost two years and have had some horrible experiences getting my hair done. I mean the type of experience that is more like a horror story you need a bottle of wine and your best friend to laugh with you about. So of course I was a little reluctant to try again. But when your spouse says they’ll watch your one year old so you can have some me time.. you run.. but to where!?! So I looked up what was around me, read some reviews and found Pam. I called at 10 and had an appointment for 11. I showed up a little early and they promptly let me know she was running a few minutes behind, no big deal I was early. I was seriously impressed. Pam was juggling hair colors and cuts and did it flawlessly. She was really apologetic about the small wait which I never minded at at all. Pam was great, not only was she whizzing around the shop taking care of everyone but she was so engaging with everyone and really made you feel welcome, which is not always the case. I have been in salons where the owner is laughing or talking with a regular and when you try to join in you’re met with a snobby look and are disregarded . That was NOT the case here. All of the women in her shop were friendly and all joined in the conversation, it was a welcomed surprise. Pam listened to everything I wanted with my hair and definitely delivered!! Not only was she attentive and welcoming, she had a great sense of humor and was so easy to get along with. I honestly can’t say enough good things. While she was busy cutting and coloring she had an awesome assistant drying and styling. It was a well organized operation and all the women walked out happy and beautiful. In under an hour I had many laughs, a great time, and a gorgeous hair cut and style. I am truly a client for life and am so happy I finally found my go to gal!! And the cherry on top?? She gave me great advice on my hair, set me up with a shampoo and condonitioning kit fit for my hair and needs… AND .. I was amazed by the price! I got the cut I wanted plus a wash kit + an $8 tip for what I normally JUST pay for a haircut… I will definitely be recommending Pam and her shop to everyone!!!

I definitely don’t recommend the salon for the following reasons where as the owner is good at doing hair she is not good at public relations she doesn’t treat all clients the same. obviously everybody has favorites but she should never belittle any client in front of another nor should she contact them and tell them that she doesn’t want their business anymore simply because they were quiet that day due to a tragedy that happened in their own world just the day before when the client tried to explain to the owner she really could have cared less. so if you want to be treated right and not like a number Then I highly recommend you don’t go here!!
