Critical: ProfessionalismI am only leaving a star so I can comment. I am very disappointed. I sent my brother to pick up a 150.00 gift card as a birthday gift. That was last Feb, 2020. In March, 2020 everything shut down due to Covid. Gift card was brought in recently Feb, 2021 to be redeemed and it will not be honored. There is no experiration date on it. But it won’t be honored because she doesn’t believe it was bought… now how would my brother have gotten the gift card to begin with?! I will not support this business anymore and I will do all I can to spread the word of this dishonest operation. Obviously you know nothing about customer service.
