I’be been getting blonde highlights for 11 years now. I went in here to get roots done, just regular touch up. Mind you I’m already a full blonde, when the lady (who said she has owned the place and been doing hair for 20 years) was finished my hair was orange and green. All kinds of awful. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had in doing my hair. Not only did I explain to her what I wanted, I showed her a picture and made sure to ask if she was able to do what I wanted and needed. She said yes without a problem, but ended up with orange hair and darker than I was walking in there. Would have been better off leaving my roots our than getting it done here.
