I attempted to do a walk in at 9am when they opened (they have walk ins welcome on their window), and I was told that they could not accomodate walk ins at the moment and I would have to return later or another day.

My nails came out nice but the service overall wasn’t the best. I went in and waited for 30 minutes to get seated even though I made an appointment ahead of time. The woman who did my full set, I believe is the owner but regardless, she was on her phone the whole time(Something to do with her home needing repairs). She would talk to me and start conversation and cut me off every time the phone rang. She handed me off to another older women who couldn’t understand what it was that I wanted to get done for my pedicure.
