Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI can’t say enough about Heather and Susan. I am a regular client of Heather’s ( every 4 weeks) and my hair always looks good!!! Even Great! She makes any change I want to try and she’s always right when recommending styles for me. She knows me. I have gotten to know her over the years and feel like she is my friend. SHE’s THE BEST! She actually cares ! Thank you so much Heather.My husband is a regular client of Susan’s and his hair always looks great too. I often ask her to either cut his hair shorter or longer and she always accommodates with a smile. She knows I want him to look his best. I can’t say enough about Heather and Susan. I am a regular client of Heather’s ( every 4 weeks) and my hair always looks good!!! Even Great! She makes any change I want to try and she’s always right when recommending styles for me. She knows me. I have gotten to know her over the years and feel like she is my friend. SHE’s THE BEST! Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI will never be back. Horrible service from the owner and the “advanced” designer. I came in for an ash brown balayage type color, wanting that cool grey tone rather with my brown hair than the yellowish copper that was in my hair. The first apt I left with my hair died dark almost black on the bottom layer with the copper still in just one the top. I was understanding and came in for a second time to allow the designer to fix it for free. Not only did the second attempt come out worse, but the THIRD attempt made my hair look 10x worse than before I even came in. I messaged the owner asking for a refund. I was understanding knowing time and resources went into it so I only asked for atleast half. I paid $150 for my hair to be butchered. I was told my hair just “didn’t hold the color I wanted”. I was even asked to pay MORE after the third attempt. I was told the policy is to fix not to refund hair. What happens after the third fix?? The last email I received said it was “under review” and that was over 2 weeks ago. I sent a follow up email about a week ago and still nothing. I wasted my time and energy and it has taken weeks for someone to even communicate with me, still have yet to receive an email back. I wish I could provide pictures on here.I will never be back. I came in for an ash brown balayage type color, wanting that cool grey tone rather with my brown hair than the yellowish copper that was in my hair.
