Critical: ProfessionalismI was actually using the dog groomer next door. I would NEVER get my hair cut here.I was getting two dogs groomed next door. This business had their “closed” sign out, but there was people inside.The dog groomer and the hair salon share a very small parking lot.While waiting for my 2nd dog to get finished up, I took my small, non-shedding, too-special to even pee outside, yorkie out to the parking lot to walk around for the 5 minutes while waiting his sister, instead of making him wait in the vehicle.A very RUDE woman came rushing out the door of the hair salon and told me rudely to “walk my dog on the other side because that’s where her customers walk,” and without waiting for a reply, closed the door having made her dictation and expecting obedience.Not wanting to cause trouble for my groomer, I put the Yorkie in the car. I am just glad this didn’t happen in the heat of summer.I am a responsible pet owner. My dog is non-shedding, hypo-allergenic and was not in any way loose or using the restroom. He is also small, a yorkie. My vehicle was parked partially in front of this hair shop due to the shared parking.This business is next door to a dog groomer, but they got upset that I used the sidewalk, while this establishment was closed, while not one single person walked up to the front door, while my dog is very small (yorkie, so scary), while he wasn’t using the restroom or doing anything at all to be a bad citizen. He was on a leash, he was supervised and he is very sweet.I will never hire an establishment that is so rude. I would rather get my hair cut by the dog groomer.If you don’t want dogs walking in front of your establishment, don’t share a parking lot with a dog groomer…I was actually using the dog groomer next door. I needed a change and made an appointment because Brandy use to be my go-to years ago for my hair before I moved away. I got to see Marilyn. I showed her two photos of the cut I wanted.
