Very appropriately priced. Couples massage (my wife’s first massage ever) went by way too fast! The staff was very kind, extremely experienced, and the environment did not feel like a tourist trap like some spas do in tourist towns. If nothing else I’m thrilled that my wife had a wonderful first experience, and that my body felt so much looser afterwards.

Ahhhh…cannot say enough good things! What a lovely experience! The pedi was fun, the facial blissful and the massage was heaven. Some places feel so rushed and mechanical. This was truly pampering.

My husband and I booked a couples massage and we were quoted a price. We showed up told them our problem areas and got our massage. This was only the 3rd massage my husband has ever had. I was a LMT for awhile but quit to pursue other avenues. My husband enjoyed this massage and he hated the other ones he has had. This is the only reason I am giving this place a 2 star review. My Massage therapist was not good. I have carpal tunnel and she just took my arm and started shaking it hard and was flopping my wrist around. I told her to stop because it was hurting. She told me no I’m releasing it. There were several times during my massage I asked her to stop.. Anyway we painfully (for me) finish our massages get dressed leave them each a tip on the tables. When we went out to the lobby they charged us for a couples massage, then added on extra money for doing a sports massage which we did not ask for and I actually asked my therapist to stop. But I was like ok not a great practice not to tell your clients up front that you will be adding to their bill because they felt we needed sports massage but, being a massage therapist I understand what a toll doing those kinds of massages take. So I stay quiet. Then they decided to add on an 18% gratuity to the bill. By this point. I was done. I just told them fine I went back to the room where my husband and I both left a very large and undeserved tip and took that back. Sooo all said and done we paid almost $100 more than what was quoted in the beginning. Now, I find comfort in the fact that the 18% they added on ended up being less than the tip we had originally left for them. so… that did not quite work in their favor. Remember I was a massage therapist so I always tip them big as I know how much it can help and what they go through. My therapist I question her training. She told me she had a background in medical massage and that was my background as well. I also studied sports therapy and another in spa training. Using the La-Stone hot rocks. This lady I had was just doing her own thing. And it was not enjoyable. But like I said my husband did enjoy his. But as far as ethical business practices go these people were underhanded and deceitful. So no I do not recommend this place at all. Hopefully this review will help them in the future to be more transparent with their clientele and not assume that people do not know what is going on. If there are questions as to where I studied and was licensed… I went to school at Phoenix Therapuetic Massage College and had my license in Arizona.
