Monica was my hair and nail person, but she is terribly incompetent. I had to text her multiple times the hair color I chose, before the hair appointment. She also originally claimed she could do all services, but that is a lie. Can’t do acrylics. The final straw came when I made several advanced appointments for my nails and, when I came in for those appointments, she kept telling me she didn’t have the appointment details right and couldn’t/ wouldn’t do the services I thought I was there for. Two weeks ago I thought I was getting a mani/pedi, but she said she only had me down for the mani. Fine, except she told me the same thing on my next appointment, which now should have included the pedi. When I pointed that out, she STILL refused to do the pedi. She tried to get me to make YET ANOTHER appointment for the pedi. She refused to inconvenience her next client to do right by me, the client who had an appointment right now and was standing in front of her. She lost around $450 worth of business on those now canceled advance appointments. What a joke!!

I’ve called no less than 4 times over the past couple of months to schedule an appt for a cut & color. I’ve left at least 2 voicemails & twice spoke to someone only to be told all their colorists were with clients & would call me back. Never hear back from them. Lousy customer service.

3 manicures and 3 pedicures. One pedicures done in disposable tub. Finger nail polish was poorly. On skin around nails. Food and orange juice was half a** served. We are never going back. Gave them a 1 cause the girls were friendly.

Their masseuse is wonderful! The facility is always clean, and cool on a hot summer day. Their hours of operation are great for those of us who have 9-5 jobs. The gals are wonderful, the place is great, I cant recommend it enough!

I had a massage there today, and let me tell you what a wonderful experience it was. I got there a little early, so I had a short wait. I was greeted at the door with a cheerful smile from Sylvia. The lobby is so beautiful and peacful I started to relax right then. Then Cressy came out introduced herself and took me to the back. The room was also beautiful, peaceful and very relaxing. I felt comfortable right away. Cressy is good at putting you at ease. She asked what area I was concerned about. By the time she was done I was soo relaxed, I felt like I was walking on air. I can’t wait to try them for their other services. My hair, my nails etc. It will be all about me.
