This place lost my business for good. I drove 10 miles to buy my wife a $100 gift card (which I do every year) and when I get there, the sign says “Open”, the lights are on and there’s a little sign by the door that says that the hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. It’s 3:00 p.m. But the door is locked and no one answers the phone. It’s bad enough that they do business out of a house with a driveway that looks like a road in Beirut and they’re located beside a lawn mower repair shop that looks like something you’d see in backwoods Kentucky, but to drive all the way there during hours that they’ve posted as business hours…nope, that’s where I draw the line. Act professional or get out of the business of serving the public.
