I moved to New York and found All About The Brows on Facebook. I being one of many who suffer from hair loss was looking for a solution. I sent a message inquiring about Ombré/Powder brows. Kendra contacted me, we had a phone consult and set up my appointment. I was very nervous but Kendra took her time and eased my anxiety. Come to find out my skin is temperamental but Kendra being the phenomenal professional she is knew exactly what to do. My skin has a salmon color undertone and needed to counteract it with olive color to then proceed with the color needed for me to have the best brows I’ve ever had! Kendra has the patience of a saint, she messaged to check on me and how my brows were doing, knew exactly when to message and even when I said “hmmm, I think I want them darker”, Kendra said “let’s get you in for a touch up”. Needless to say I didn’t realize Ombré and Powder brows are different. I had Kendra do Ombré when I should have asked for Powder brows, as the latter are darker more bolder than Ombré. I should have know by the name 🙂
