Been trying to cancel my membership since July because I moved 2 hours away. I filled out paper work in person. They charged me for august and September and I’ve called back 4-5 times to get a refund. “Manager will return your call” is what I’m told but I’ve still yet to receive a refund. Absolutely ridiculous and I’ll never be coming back.

Been going here for years, I go early, usually they are not ready at 10. 1 of the 2 girls is friendly. Rooms clean but a few need repair on hooks for clothes. Bulbs need changing in the rooms I usually tan in. Tanning
