It was my first time going to this salon and I loveeeeeed it ! Totally recommend! The place is very clean and the ladies who work there are so sweet and friendly! They have so many colors, you can pick whatever you want. She will also try to do new things like this design on my nails. It was totally a new method and I loved it! The area is also very nice so you can grab a drink or food after with your fresh new gorgeous nails! If you’re still thinking where to for your nails for next time, stop! The reason for all the bad reviews online was that is was owned by a different owner. Janet, used to work for years at Nail House down the block, recently bought it. She is amazing and I recently found her here. I have been going to her for 12 years and was so sad she left. She is a true professional as never tried to steal clients from her other place. I saw her as I passed by and was super excited! I got a great gel manicure and the regular pedicure is actually almost like the spa. Lydia gave me a pedicure and was great! Give them another try if you had a bad experience before.

I visited All About Nails for the very first time two weeks ago. My friend and I called around 7pm to see if they by chance had an appointment available for two people. They were so sweet and gracious over the phone. We arrived less than 10 minutes later and were excited to learn their pricing for a mani & pedi, we initially called for their regular mani pricing. We were over the moon that they had time for my friend and I to each receive a manicure and pedicure. This was one of the very best pedicures I have ever had. My nailed were manicured while my feet were being done too. The hot stones and treatment on my legs felt amazing! All of the ladies who worked there were so pleasant and followed the request I had regarding my cuticles and how I preferred my fingernails as well as toe nails to be cut. They followed CDC guidelines and I felt safe being there. The items used for my grooming were sterilized and opened while I watched. The owner was very nice too. It was storming outside and they were so nice to let us wait for the lightening and thunder to pass before we left and they closed immediately thereafter. I will most definitely be coming back. Thank you!

I treated my daughters to manicures at All About Nails last night. One got acrylic tips, and they came out great. The other had a regular manicure and left with bleeding cuticles and a terrible polish job. She was disappointed and so was I. I went down to complain (my daughter was uncomfortable saying anything). They gave me a refund for the manicure after I showed them photos, but they were argumentative and not very nice about it. Not sure if they thought they could short change her because she is a kid. Regardless, a disappointing experience and won’t return. 3 stars (5 for the acrylics, 1 for the manicure).

I usually go there for manicure since it is cheap like $12 for regular manicure. So I went there to get my nails done and I was planning to get black gel nail color but this lady (she is chubby latina) added shine that I didn’t ask for and I said I want color! And she said it was too late! She never asked me if I want shine or not and I got charged $5 extra for that shine that I didn’t ask for! I didn’t get the black gel I wanted plus I get charged for shine! She was asking her boss for new shine file that I thought it’s just normal nail file. I know it is just $5 but I didn’t get what I really wanted and they charged me for something that I didn’t ask like hello!!!!? Please do hire someone that we would understand coz I didn’t understand anything at all! Not coming back again!

The people are very rude. Especially the owner and the only guy works there. The work is okay too they made my finger bleed and did not even do anything about it. I asked for a paper towel and the owner fought with the guy for wasting a paper towel. Pathetic place and pathetic people. They closed even though I had to wait for Uber. I had to wait for Uber outside in this cold weather. Such inhuman people. Please don’t go there. Highly disappointment.
