Unfortunately I didnt have the best experience for my first time here. I recieved a gift certificate (spa pedicure) for my birthday and was excited to use it just before our vacation, and thrilled at the chance to visit a local business, as they usually pay more attention to detail and it’s a better experience than a large commercial salon (usually I just use a location at a mall or something). I made an appointment online which was very convenient. Shellac was listed and I didnt think anything of it. When I arrived and she tried removing my polish and I told her it was shellac she said this would definitely cut into my pedicure time. Unfortunately she didnt seem prepared to remove it and it did take her quite some time. I’m not sure what all is included in a spa pedicure, but my feet are still rough and I’m very disappointed in my experience. There was also a friend or a friends daughter in there she chatted with and at some times was chatting and not doing much with me. Which is frustrating when she explains “this is the Express version” because the shellac removal took so long. Not the experience I was really excited about before leaving on our trip. I probably won’t be back. I work in heavy work boots all day and expect to leave with smooth feet and my nails clipped back and comfortable and I didn’t leave with either. Based on other reviews maybe I just got her (Tracy I believe) on an off day.
