I’ve been a regular client here for the past two years, since Kathy took ownership of the salon. She is accommodating, quick, and her services are always of high quality.

The new owner, Kathy, is exceptional! She always does a great job on my nails, making sure they are even and symmetrical. She even opened the salon early to fit me in before I went back to school. She cares and values her customers and doesn’t rip off remains of acrylic nails like some salons do!

This was an odd experience… the place was nice but Raymond(i think that was his name) was very disappointing. He rushed our nails and left them a complete mess. Nail polish all over our fingertips. Stepped on my toes and smudged my pedicure… he only filed and cleaned up one hand before painting my nails, and when I told him he didn’t do the other hand, he ignored me. No lotion or anything on my hands, I could have painted my nails at home for the same experience at no cost.

I had been going here for years. Never again! Used to use Raymond and was finally able to switch to Nicole since he was not consistent with how he would do my nails. When I would make appointments with Leigh (Raymond’s sister) for Nicole, it would somehow get botched and I would end up with Raymond. Well, Nicole was on vacation so I used Raymond. I had a pedicure and acrylic fill in and was out of there in 45 minutes – less time although I did not pay less money. My nails looked awful. I had gone out of town for the weekend and had gone back on Monday when I returned. I told Raymond he spent half the time on my nails even though I paid full price. I told him they looked terrible. He re-did them. Before polishing, he asked me if I wanted to pay him then. I was stunned. I told him he did not do a good job days ago and he had a choice. Either I would pay him and never return or not pay and return. He told me to not pay and never return. I had been an extremely loyal, generous customer and did not deserve to be treated in that manner.

Decided to get my “no chip” there…I was surprised it is only $20!!! In most places it is $30. But thought they are just that cheap. This “no chip” chipped the next day. The color faded all around the nail. I got them light pink and within couple days the sides of my nails turned white. I went to another place in Arlington Height – paid $30 for “no chip” – I have it on for over a week now, no chips, the color is just the way it was when it was put on. For God sake – if you offer “no chip” to your customers, make sure you have the right product. Charge what you have to charge to cover the cost of it but make sure you do a real “no chip”. TERRIBLE. I spoke to my co-workers and their “no chip” lasts about 3 weeks. Mine had to be taken off after couple of days.

I went to JUST get my nails removed nothing else. It was going well until at the end the oldest lady was pushy for A tip….. she asked for it rudely and the wrong way… I do give tips if my nails were being done… and my thumb was still hard but I figured maybe it’s from all dry glue and turns out there was still some fake nail on my thumb still… smh ….

My nails were done very sloppily, took some time for anyone to greet me upon walking in and theres an extra charge when using a credit card. They seemed annoyed that I wanted to look for a different color on my nails.

Worst experience and customer service in the area. Too slow, young owner tries to prove her point and claims that she had been doing nails for 15 years (she is her early 30s). Had horrible job done.
