Love this place. Been going for almost 4 years now. I have used different cutters/stylists over the years, and generally they do a good job. The atmosphere is fun. They do this strange thing where they point the chairs away from the mirrors until they are done. I’ve never asked them to turn them the other way, and never asked WHY they do that. I never thought of it as a problem, until the last cut I had, and I had no idea how short they were cutting it, so I couldn’t stop them. But, its a minor complaint, and I should have been more clear up front.

I’ve been coming here for 10 years and would rate it 5 stars in the past, but it has gone downhill in the past 2 years since they lost some good barbers. Now, all they can hire are cosmetologists. Not really their fault I guess, but it’s also overpriced. Someone has to pay for that expensive shop! Haircut

Atmosphere is great and the beard trim was okay. She got the clippers and shaped it up nicely. Felt a little bit rushed with everything but I get it, time is money. She forgot to cut part of my hair, so one side in the back is very long about 3-4in longer than the rest of it. The cut is very uneven as well. I brush my hair backwards so it looks very bad from behind. Not worth the money I’ve spent, gotta spent some extra to get it fixed now unfortunately.

My husband took my son here for the third time in the past few months. The first two times haircut was fine, nothing special, but not terrible. This last time we asked to keep my sons hair longer on the top. His hair is completely uneven and butchered and the shortest it’s ever been. I called to give feedback about the haircut in hopes they would say bring him back and they would fix it. All they said was “ok, ok sorry”. I will also add $57 for a men’s and toddler haircut that took less than 15 minutes is outrageous. We will not be going back.

They took me as a walk in, although they also offer appointments. Had to wait about 15 minutes. Kirstie asked me how I wanted it, so we talked about that. Then, she went right to work and gave me a good haircut. She left one sideburn a little crooked, but that’ll fix itself in a few days. $18 senior rate, plus a tip.
