Over 20 years in business and located in beautiful Historical Downtown Foley, Alabama. We provide our clients with health filled knowledge and guide them to relaxation and renewal through each massage. Our mission is to support the optimal holistic health of our clients, providing mind-body replenishment, pain relief, and relaxation. Our approach is unique. Each massage is completely customized for your individual needs. That is why we do not charge different amounts for different types of massage. Furthermore, unlike most other providers, the time of the session you choose is what you receive. In other words, an hour massage is a full 60-minute session with your therapist.

I am vacationing in Gulf Shores, Al. I decided I needed a massage. I called several places near me and all were booked or short staffed. I decided to call a little further out in Foley, Al. I left a message for Tanya and she returned my call later that day. She to, was booked all day, but she fit me in at the end of a full day. I received a wonderful massage and a very enjoyable chat. Tanya went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I highly recommend her and I will surely return on my next trip to Gulf Shores.

All I can say is My Angels on earth!. After 5 weeks of a pinched nerve, missing work, constant pain, & 2 chiropractors no relief . I called Charlene & Tanya to get to work. After 2 massages the feeling in my hand came back and my arm numbness subsidized. The muscle spasms were debliltating . I have never had a better massage at a ridiculously low fee. These ladies really care about helping people , not to mention the cleanliness of there beautiful shop. I cannot express my appreciation enough and am well on my way to feeling like my old self. When you visit there is always a feeling of Family!. I love & appreciate you both from the bottom of my heart!.
