Critical: QualityI called yesterday to see if they could take me in and they did. I was completely heart broken with my hair cut. I had a video of the hair cut I wanted it showed front back and sides. The lady that cut my hair basically did what she wanted to do with my hair it looks nothing like the haircut I wanted at all it’s to short and she shaved the back of my n just went for it ! When she asked how I liked it I said it’s ok I look like my son . I look like a boy! I haven’t been able to do anything with my hair and a long time ajnd I am so heart broken and feel worse then I did before I went in. I wish I could post pic and the video of what I wanted verses what I got because she seemed very happy with my hair but it’s not what I wanted not even close! Then she charged me 45.00 for something I didn’t want and wasn’t happy with and she knew that I made it clear. I wasn’t happy with it I had tears in my eyes I cried the whole way home I couldn’t believe this lady botched my hair so much that to not even look like the video and still charged me $45 this is absolutely ridiculous and not acceptable. With everything going on the last thing you want to deal with is feeling like you are ugly and I feel worse than I did before I even went in. I was very polite to the lady they cut my hair but she really needs to know that when somebody comes to you with a problem and they show you what they want and you say you can do it at least let it look close to the hairstyle that they picked do not just get in somebody’s head and chop it up the way you want its not your hair you’re not going to have to wear it you’re not going to have to wait until it grows out I don’t even want to come out of my house because I feel so ugly now.Service: HairstylingI called yesterday to see if they could take me in and they did. I called yesterday to see if they could take me in and they did. I was completely heart broken with my hair cut. I had a video of the hair cut I wanted it showed front back and sides.
