Critical: Quality, ValueMy hair was full natural grey, I ask for photo one with dark blonde or light brown base with blonde chunky highlights. The first visit I got a very light auburn with very sparse light highlights that actually look like none. I made an appointment for 5 weeks later for root touch up. Returned and I said I don’t like this it’s auburn and I specifically said no red or gold tones because of my skin color. I want the same color in the original picture and explained she gave me red hair. Can you do the original? She said sure and I walked out with very dark base and scattered highlights that were done mostly underneath my hair and those visible are only from the top of my ears down and nothing around my face or top of my head???? and it’s just awful. I will not try again since I’ve lost 120.00 plus 10.00 tip the first appointment and 65.00 the second. All I can say is TEARS and FRUSTRATION. Let’s not forget I had due all around my face and down my temples. Who does that!! Positive: ProfessionalismAll the staff is extremely kind. I love my new look. They even had some very realistic suggestions to help with some problems that I have had with my hair. I never felt like I was being talked up to buy more from them. The advice they gave were for two products that they don’t have in store.
