Critical: QualityI wanted to start by saying the staff is all very nice. If I had just gotten a gel pedicure, I would give them at least 4 stars. My pedicure turned out great and the massage was wonderful. But I also got a full set of acrylics which did not turn out the best. They are crooked, which I didn’t notice until the paint went on and they also very very thick. The staff who did my acrylics also caused quite a few abrasions on my cuticles and under my nails. I had known about one and she apologized but the others I didn’t learn about until I was cooking dinner and salt water touched them. Now, the next day, my fingers are very sore and painful. I wanted to start by saying the staff is all very nice. If I had just gotten a gel pedicure, I would give them at least 4 stars. My pedicure turned out great and the massage was wonderful. But I also got a full set of acrylics which did not turn out the best. They are crooked, which I didn’t notice until the paint went on and they also very very thick. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueToday is my second visit to Alivia Nails. It is a nice and very clean establishment. They have also implemented several Covid precautions which I really appreciate. I have had a different technician for each of my pedicures and they both did an excellent job. Today is my second visit to Alivia Nails. It is a nice and very clean establishment. They have also implemented several Covid precautions which I really appreciate. I have had a different technician for each of my pedicures and they both did an excellent job. My feet stay nice, neat and soft for weeks. I will be using them always going forward.
