Got my nails done for a wedding. I wasn’t impressed. They were rushed, thick, & sloppy. I asked for coffin shaped, & she gave me square nails. Made rude comments. Would not recommend.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueONLY GO TO ALEX!!They are not the same as they were a few years ago!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!So many things went wrong today. First, I had an appointment at 11:30 and did not get seen until 12:45. Nobody wanted to do my first choice of design because it would take too long (who cares as long as I am paying-just lazy). Next, I chose a design with one color. Very simple and basic. I wanted a light blue and the book they gave me did not have the blue I was looking for. She made me get that color anyway. She did her own design. The nails were different lengths (nail lady said it wouldn’t matter because my nails were clear) and my friends was crooked. In the end, she asked if I liked them and I said no.Went TOTALLY CRAZY, threw my Iphone 12 and agressively held my hand. I literally had to rip my hand away. Then she cut profusely into the acrylics. I said it hurt and she then said she didn’t care, she didn’t like people like me (I am black), and that I am not welcomed back. I asked her to soak them off or at least file them because my nails literally have chips. She and another coworker said no and that I could do it myself.I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE experienced something like this and am pist that she didn’t at least take them off. Needed a repair. It doesn’t match the rest at all. So disappointed. Even asked them to fix it when the nail tip was crooked and he said he would fix. It’s shorter, fatter and thicker than ALL my other nails and looks awful.

Went to this salon because I’m new to the area and it seemed to have decent reviews. This was the fastest manicure I ever had and I got a powder dip set. The nails looked good for about a day or two before I noticed how uneven they were. There was so much excess glue underneath my nail as well. It started chipping and losing color about a week in.
