My hair looks nothing like I wanted it to. My hair color faded out in two days. NOBODY wanted to fix it. However I did go in for an extra deep condition and a toner, my hair feels great now.. They’re “sorry for how we feel” about how my hair looks !!! 175 dollars down the drain!!
