I absolutely love this place! It was my first time there. but I never once felt “new” they treat you just like you have been friends forever! Had an amazing pedicure, all the bells and whistles. Student trying to learn nails there doing things she wasn’t experienced with, without supervision, though she tried her best. The student was the ONLY good thing about this place.There’s “never time” or “they’re too busy” to do the things you are paying for, paid for, or requested in the first place. I do not recommend them.*Editing to respond to owner: Your clients don’t know she’s your friend, they just see you acting awful and making fun of people, but sure, you’ve got excuses for everything. Her being your friend does not make it okay, not sure why you think you get a free pass to make fun of the disabled at all, how weird. Normally business owners want to set high standards, not low ones.As for remodeling, hope that helps you guys keep it clean and gives it some storage because I have literally never seen it clean. I gave the benefit of the doubt every time I came in…Believe me, the unapologetical ableism; the awful quality of nails provided where they were uneven, glue was everywhere and the coat was see through will DEFINITELY send me elsewhere. Critical: ValueI had my hair cut that’s all!Apparently it took 2 appointments to look at my hair and figure out how to cut and maybe color it which the stylist said she couldn’t do and later she called and gave me a outrageous quote I never heard of a color being that expensive before!She seemed preoccupied the entire time ! Very sad!!!I went back to this salon because I believe in in giving local businesses my business and support! I even brought my friend along!I had my appointment booked 2 wks in advance, and made sure I mentioned it would be for a mani pedi but upgrade to acrylic please the lady on the phone said I would be taken care of and my nail person was savanna!All that changed once I got there! I couldn’t get acrylic nails, couldn’t get a Easter design but my friend did and she received the same nails!
