Extremely dissatisfied by the lack of professionalism and quality by Fatimah. 1. She doesn’t keep her schedule appointments (Unreliable) 2. The quality of her craft has diminished from the first time I had my hair braided by her. 3. She didn’t keep her word on an agreement after I did work for her unmaintained facility. Don’t make the same mistake I did. GO TO SOMONE BETTER.
