out of shear desperation due that my stylist was having medical issues I called Rhonda for a consult for highlights. I showed her photos of myself and gave her the formula I had used for 7 years. The first color did not look like highlites, just the toner color. I phoned her the next day expressing my concern and I just let it go. Few months later I went back again, and once again it turned out terrible after she put the toner on it, and she knew it. She suggested come in and we can try to strip it down. I refused, I did not want to damage my permed hair, knowing I would be back in April for s spiral perm. I told her that after two failures that i expected an equitable discount off the perm. She was not going to agree snd suggested I find another person that could make me happy. I should have refused to pay her the first two times but I have never been put in that situation before. Customer service is the business. As a consumer if I am unhappy with a product I return it for a refund. I know she spent three hours on me each time but you have to do the right thing by your customers, otherwise you lose them and there will be no referrals. The staff is pleasant, shop very outdated. It is a place for the once a week wash and set clientele. Time to move on.
