Tori was absolutely amazing! She was sweet, patient and understanding. Very thorough in her questions to ensure I got the exact cut and style I wanted. She did amazing on my style, my curls normally don’t hold but when she did them they stayed! Gave me a few extra tips and tricks on my hair too! Very happy with the service and atmosphere of the salon. Looking forward to my next visit.

My first hair dresser quit and I was not notified before the day of my appointment. The next incident the hairdresser overbooked herself and was unable to see me at my scheduled time. I booked the session 8 weeks in advance, and received calls throughout the week trying to change the time I slotted. Although I tried to be accommodating for her, We still could not find a time that worked. So my appointment got canceled all together. Extremely unprofessional and no type of discount or apology was issued. If anyone knows of any professional, organized, and experienced hairdressers in this area please let me know.

I wrote a long review explaining everything but it won’t fit. I hate writing bad reviews, because let’s be real, flukes do happen but this needs to be said. I was scheduled by the receptionist for the wrong stylist, they even entered my phone number wrong. I wanted Taylor.. and I didn’t get her. At first I thought it was okay. Session 1 ended up pretty so kept the random stylist anyway, moving toward blonde and extensions was the goal. The stylist I actually wanted was there and consulted a handful of times during the process. Going into session 2, told this other stylist my hair was becoming very knotty at the top (which never happens) and I suspected damaged, so I was scared. My ends were also very dry no matter what I did, so I thought I needed a cut. I was told my hair seemed healthy, I was suggested to cut at my toner time in a few weeks and we resumed. There was bit of a frenzy at the shampoo bowl. I thought difficulties removing the teasing but it must have been severe damage as well. Right prior to leaving I was told I was given a free treatment. I was told my hair was compromised due to my health over the last year and that I should take biotin. Washed my hair 4 days later for it to be extremely gummy and literally melting away in the shower in my hands. I suspect since my hair was long and very thick and it needs to be rinsed in the middle of the process, that a higher developer was used both times on the top portion and utterly fried my hair. I consulted multiple other salons about treatments and such but nothing lasts. Since I have cut off 6 inches. I need it cut shorter (likely a pixie) to remove the damage because it is that top portion and totally ruined. I went in looking for bright beautiful blonde hair and extensions.. spent several hundreds between 2 sessions, products and tips but planned nearly 2k more this year alone.. for my hair to be so fried that I essentially need to lose all my length to recover.

I can’t give the incompetent butcher i.e Victoria negative stars, so 1 you get for pitty. When my sister tells you she has never had a bad experience like the absolutely shltty job you did puling the color from her hair…believe in the fact she has a brother, a sister in law ,and a best friend that are all hairstylist in Missouri CAN see your work and dishonesty. To the woman with “20+ years of experience” overseeing you are a horrible mentor at best for allowing a 3year “professional” sit my sister in the chair for 7 hrs. She has hair falling out simply brushing her hair on the pillow. Here’s a tip for anyone Ever getting hair done. If your gut is telling you it’s bad and the”stylist” keeps repeating “it’s normal” it’s not normal and it’s bad. If you ever are not facing the mirror after…it’s bad, and if the “stylist Insists on curling your hair, it’s to hide the problems. Shame on this establishment and the owners for allowing this clear through review atrocities happening under “professional ” care. Redken,your StateBeauty Supply and BBB are gunna be hearing about you all. Mark it.

I frantically called the salon to see what could be done; I expected that since I’d paid $130 plus 20% tip a few hours ago, surely they would make this right, especially since I was less than 24 hours away from being a bride!! Instead I was told I could come back tomorrow for a $45 fee. I cannot express my level of disappointment. I have lashes done with Jodi and she is amazing . She takes her time and makes sure they are perfect. I’ve been elsewhere, and my lashes were done quickly and would start falling off with in a week. I get 3 solid weeks with Jodi. She is very experienced and top notch with her craft. Always a wonderful and relaxing experience. High quality work and well worth money. I definitely will never go anywhere else again!
