If there was a no star option I would select that to the one star indicated. After reading several positive reviews, I just tried to call and schedule an appointment for my mother and a male individual answered “Alicia’s Salon” so I preceded to say hello and to request to set up an appointment for a new customer for their next available appointment. The person exhaled loudly and then said “Sorry, no hablo ingles” and just hung up on me. I am still a little shocked that a business would behave this rudely. Not a good business model to 1.) Not have someone on staff able to speak English and 2.) to hand up on customers. If this is just a bad employee, then they need to be reprimanded because they just lost business and I will be sure not call back again and to let others know to avoid this place due to this type of rude customer service.
