Paid deposit fee for reserving ealry morning appt for myself and daughter for her 15. I arrived on time and had to await a while for a hairdresser to finally show up… I started getting worried as it was going to take time to do both our hair, and we needed to be at church on time. Once the hairdresser finally arrived, I rushed my daughter in chair to get her started. Then, some walk-ins came in asking prices, and then the other hairdresser there started doing the walk-in hair while I sat waiting. So what was the point of me doing a deposit for an appt if they were going to take a walk-in first. I was so stressed, I won’t do that again, and hope this does happen to anyone, very unprofessional!!!

As loyal customer of many years and someone who recommended people to this establishment it was very disappointing to have had my hair completely ruined. The hairdresser, Mari, did not acknowledge the fact that she ruined my hair. My hair was left three to four different colors (the back of my head), had a lot of breakage, and overall stiffness. She kept denying the damaged. I showed her multiple pictures of my hair breakage and the dark splotches. Keep in mind I went in person with proof and also let my hair down to show her but yet continued to deny it. Mari claims I went to another salon and they ruined my hair. I did not go to another salon. The day my hair was done, I did not notice this things because she styled my hair. She claimed I would need to come back a few times to fix until I got one solid color. She also kept telling me I needed to come for a hair treatment every week. The day my hair was done I left with a bad feeling but didn’t think too much of it because I trusted her! The following day came to which I needed to wash my hair and way my heart dropped when I saw my hair falling out in the shower was unbelievable. I was in pure disbelief that this was happening to me, my worst nightmare.

Went in last minute for a trim on a SATURDAY. Was greeted and helped right away. The younger stylists were so friendly and made me feel really comfortable. The older stylists, however looked like they didn’t want to be there. My hair trim turned out amazing, love it.

Went in yesterday wanting to go full blonde and I went in with grown in roots and faded red hair so I knew it’d be a lot to work with but Alicia was able to schedule me right away and was extremely knowledgeable in blonde coloring and treatment. She was an extreme sweetheart and one of the most genuine people I’ve ever met. The staff makes you feel very welcome and you can tell they have a culture of positivity in their salon. And let me tell you when my hair was finally done I was obsessed! She made my blonde beach babe dream come true. I also appreciate that she walked me through every process and told me exactly what she was putting in my hair before she applied anything new. This is the place I can see myself coming to for years to come.

Goodjob but way to expencive almost 200$ for highlights. I have short hair so i think that i wont go back for that reason. No treatment included they said that was an extra 85$ never again overal my highlight are nice

This is the second time I visit Alicia’s and have gone home a very happy customer. The owner is super nice and the hairstylist are talented, warm and friendly.The only criticism I have is that $25 is a bit high for just a trim (without styilng). Thanks!
