Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWalked in 30 min before closing and Alicia faded me up really quick but really nice and slow if that makes sense. She’s been my mother-in-law’s beautician forever and she cut our three boys’ hair so nice a couple of weeks ago that I just had to try this place out. Her attention to detail and just the way she cuts hair lets you know, this lady knows what she’s doing, I am VERY pleased and feel even more excited to start my new job tomorrow! And she had me looking nice, paying and leaving before closing time! Walked in 30 min before closing and Alicia faded me up really quick but really nice and slow if that makes sense. She’s been my mother-in-law’s beautician forever and she cut our three boys’ hair so nice a couple of weeks ago that I just had to try this place out. Her attention to detail and just the way she cuts hair lets you know, this lady knows what she’s doing, I am VERY pleased and feel even more excited to start my new job tomorrow! Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy mom went to get a hair perm and she ask the lady multiple times if her hair was good enough to do the perm and the lady told her yes. When the perm was done the curls didn’t look good but the lady told my mom that they would look better within the next few days but the only thing that happen was that the curls fell out and her hair became really dry and damage. My mom went to get a hair perm and she ask the lady multiple times if her hair was good enough to do the perm and the lady told her yes. When the perm was done the curls didn’t look good but the lady told my mom that they would look better within the next few days but the only thing that happen was that the curls fell out and her hair became really dry and damage.
