Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI wish there where negative stars cause even 1 star is too much….It was my worst experience ever. I’m going on vacation on Saturday. I had an appointment with Julie for my hair extention at 3:00 on Thursday. She called me and wanted to cancel my appointment on Wednesday at 10 pm. I told her that it’s too late for me to make an appointment somewhere else , cause i’m leaving on Saturday and i have to go to work on Friday, so she rescheduled me to 6:00 pm on Thursday and she said since i promised you i’m gonna work late that night to finish your work. I wish there where negative stars cause even 1 star is too much….It was my worst experience ever. I’m going on vacation on Saturday. I had an appointment with Julie for my hair extention at 3:00 on Thursday. She called me and wanted to cancel my appointment on Wednesday at 10 pm. Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueMichelle fried my hair last Time I went to get a high lights.. I told her don’t keep the bleach too long on my hair because I have a fine and gray hair and lifts Very quickly but she kept the bleach too long on my hair Because she was doing other customers hair while I was under the dryer.. as a result my highlights turnout white on the back area.. The highlight made me look older and none of my friends like it.. A week after I got my high lights my hair had a huge breakage and end up not even hair.. So I had to get a hair cut to make them even..Also you don’t see what kind of product they use because they mix it on the back area.. And her blow drying is awful.. She needs to go back to the school and learn how to blow dry with brush the hair.. She made my hair freezy and wnd up using the flat iron for the ends. I will never go back there again..
