i always leave the salon with a smile on my face. Alicia is a professional and charismatic stylist who clearly has a talent for what she does. She is always very friendly and patient even when she is super busy and knows what styles will look good for you. They make up prices for services based upon how you are paying. For example, my husband got me a few gift certificates from this salon over the past few years for birthdays, Christmas, etc. Because I used to get my hair cut and styled at this salon. Unfortunately, whenever I used a gift certificate to pay, the owner always increased the total price, just made prices up, one time even verbally admitting to me that it was more because I was using a gift certificate. Mind you, this was not a Groupon but actual gift certificates from this salon that were purchased by my husband for me, and not at a discounted price. The same thing happened to my mom, who also used to go here for cut and color but stopped because she was constantly being charged different prices, also when she used a gift certificate that I normally bought her for birthdays, holidays, etc. Both my mom and I got tired of being charged different prices for the same services on different visits, and this pretty much happened all the time.

I had a great experience at this salon. Alecia did such a wonderful job on my highlights and haircut. It was such a quick and comfortable process (I have been to places where the same treatment took almost 3 hours and didn’t even come out half as nice)! It was a relaxing and clean atmosphere , her staff was nice and welcoming, and she was super professional. She was easy going and we chatted a bit but not over the top which I really enjoyed as I like to relax and just chill out while I get my hair done ! My hair turned out so nice and I will definitely go back. (I tried this salon using a groupon but would pay full price next time as it was more than worth it for the experience and outcome ). I love the way they do my hair. I have been going there for the last 3 years and my hair comes out amazing each and every time. No matter where I go I always get complaints on my hair and how beautiful and my highlight look so natural and it blends in with my hair. I would recommend them highly to anyone. I knew as soon as I made the appointment I should have stayed away! The lady was not very friendly while scheduling the appointment over the phone. When I came in for my appointment, the staff seemed annoyed and not very welcoming. My initial impression of the salon was that it was dingy and not up to date. Once I sat in the chair to begin my haircut, the lady asked how much I would like off. I said “just a trim to take the dead ends off”. She showed me about an inch and asked me where I part my hair. I told her in the middle. She did not part my hair at all and repeatedly told me that my hair was uneven. She continued to chop, chop, chop, and chop. I looked down and saw a piece about 4 inches long. It was clearly evident that there was panic on my face. I even made a comment and said “wow this piece is really short”, but she kept telling me that my hair was uneven to begin with. She did not ask me what I wanted and gave me horrible, choppy long layers and a face frame that I did not want. She started to get firm with me when asking how I would like my hair blown out. Overall, the experience was awful and traumatic. The entire time I was on the verge of tears and I bawled my eyes out once I got in my car. Would not recommend this place by the way I was treated and the quality haircut I received.
