Here are my pros:I called the day before and was able to get an appointment. Very pleasant and professional on the phone.When I walked in, I was greeted and waited no less than 10 minutes before starting on my hair. (How many times have you walked into a salon and NO ONE speaks, or you get to the salon and have to wait over an hour before they start on your hair.)The young lady who shampooed my hair was SUPERIOR!! I think her name is Stephanie. That was the best shampoo I ever had. Oh, and they have steamers as well. I love getting my hair steamed when the conditioner is in it. Stephanie used my products I brought in with no problem, and she blew my hair straight in no time. That was the best part of the experience.Ms. April was phenomenal! She was pleasant, professional, and warm. She was gentle, braiding my hair.The salon was immaculate and set up well. There was no loud talking, no loud TVs or music. The sound was a decent level where we didn’t have to yell at one another when talking.THEY DO AND BELIEVE IN NATURAL HEALTHY HAIR! I’ve been natural for years, and doing my hair was no problem. Ms. April said most of her clients are natural.Oh, they have wine! How nice is it to sit back, relax and have a glass of wine when getting your hair done.Please check these ladies out if you’re ready for a professional setting when getting your hair done.
