The braids look nice…. however, the braids around my edges are very small and thin. It’s so thin that braids are falling out. I have lost three braids on my edges, leaving bald spot. The braids are pulling out roots and all. I now have multiple bald spots. It took me years to grow my edges to how I want them. Now, they’re gone. I’m more than upset. Wasted $190. $10 of that was for her to wash my hair, which, they do not have hot running water. So she heated up water in a bucket and washed my hair with that. Never going back!!!! Don’t go there!!! Save your hair!! Go to someone with common sense and hair knowledge.

Made last minute appt the day before for my daughter. The owner was very nice. My daughter and I loved her hair…until 3 days later the feed in corns started to come undone. $140 wasted.

I actually had my hair braided here almost 5 years ago. The braids were spectacular! Everyone in my family always talks about how beautiful they were. It was my first time getting box braids and I called all over the city, this shop quoted me the best price. I got medium box braids, i think they were 20 inches, $150, 8 hours. I had to go buy more hair and another young lady from her shop took me to get some. They weren’t rude or anything. I am now looking to get something done again and I have this shop in mind.

When I scheduled my appointment I asked Charlene did she do Passion Twist, & she said yes! I asked her did I need to bring anything and did she need anything from me she said no just come. I came to my appointment and she said box braids right, I said Passion Twist, she said I thought you wanted box braids do you have the hair because I don’t have that hair. I said ok you can do Senegalese twist instead and medium sized. She started the twist, I tried to see the progress and she kept pulling the hair away so I couldn’t see. So when she was done i saw she did not twist my hair all the way down and she curled the ends which was not what I wanted and they were not medium size like I asked, the parts where not straight and even. She also still charged me full price. Now here I am a week and a half later with hair that has already fallen out and sliding down. I will never go back my hair wont last another 2 weeks

Alice and associates are amazing! I have been coming to their shop for over 3 years now. My hair always looks great, they don’t braid extremely tight so I don’t have to worry about my hair breaking off, and they are extremely professional and pleasant! They can accommodate when I need, even if I need a late appointment. Great service! Great people! I definitely recommend. You will not want to go anywhere else.

Absolutely love my braids. I got medium box braids and it only took 4 hours. Alice and her sister were very quick and the braids are really cute. I did not have an appointment but got there early and the sister started on me immediately with Alice joining her about an hour and a half later. The front ones are a little tight but hopefully they loosen within a day or so. This was my first time getting braids done at a shop as I usually get them done by a family member or friends of the family but these do not disappoint
