Made an appt 1 week out and also called to reconfirm the evening before. The morning of they were late and I was told the person who was supposed to do my hair wasn’t there and to come back a few hours later. I already made arrangements for childcare and had a trip coming up so I couldn’t just reschedule. Needless to say I did not get my hair done, I did not get an apology and I will not waste my time again.

I never post but my experience was not great at all. Set up an appointment for box braids and when I arrived Alice was not ready, nor had the hair she agreed to purchase. Waited 90 minutes for a friend to arrive and help and she ended up doing my hair. I was overcharged compared to the price I was quoted over the phone. Things happen and I’m very understanding but communication was seriously lacking! Another woman working in the shop (Cecelia?) had more customer service awareness than Alice and I wasn’t her ‘client.’ As a new customer, I cannot in good faith go back there although the work seems decent and others seemed to enjoy there experience. More communication, time management and customer service would be hugely helpful.

I arrive before she does she did not show up until almost an hour later to tell me that she’s already doing someone else’s hair and to come back at 2:30. The people were friendly but the service was bad my daughter and I made an appointment to have Box braids done and our appointment was for 10:30a.m. They didn’t start until 1something in the afternoon and then after they said that they had what we wanted and they could do whatever design we wanted they do it and didn’t have the colors I wanted we got out of there late hungry,tired and everything and the girls that were doing my daughter’s hair was complaining. The next day our braids were getting lose for $410 for both of us it wasn’t worth it we had a bad experience never again I’ll go there they ain’t professional at all

My daughter and I got on hair done and were both completely satisfied. The Braids were neat, the parts were straight, the service was GREAT! The best i’ve experienced yet in Lancaster. i moved here from NYC so i was a little hesitant at first, but they did a great job. So much so that i’m going back tonight after work!!
