I’ve been going to Alicia at Alibi for almost 2 years now, she is simply amazing. Her haircuts are awesome, I always leave with great hair. They also sell really good hair products at reasonable prices, and, unlike most salons they don’t push you to buy products at all. On top of professionalism she is very down to earth and friendly. I would strongly recommend her to anyone, after going here you will not want to go anywhere else.

Disappointing experience after hearing really good things about this place. Was blamed for a mistake on their end with scheduling conflict and was shocked how a first time customer was treated. Completely understand mistakes happen but upset to be blamed for someone else’s (especially as a customer). Never got a call back like I was told would happen to discuss the situation either. Just not happy with the experience with owner and will never go back.
