DO NOT GO HERE!! The day I went only one lady was working there and she worked on my eyebrows while she was busy talking on her cell phone. After she was done I told her she didn’t do both evenly and asked her to fix it so both would be even. She ended up taking way more hair off one eyebrow, completely ruining my eyebrows and making them uneven. One side is much higher than the other side now. I had to wait more than a month and half for it to grow out to get them done somewhere else and get it fixed. Also when I tried to tell her the first time to fix it, she looked annoyed that I was interrupting her phone call. Horrible customer service and not professional at all. I would give zero stars if I could.

Aliana’s does great threading and waxing at a good price. Shama did a wonderful job at waxing and eyebrow threading for me and she was very sweet.

I asked to make my eyebrows thinner but took almost all my hair at the tail of my eyebrow and didn’t make my eyebrow thinner literally one eye and the other didn’t even change the eyebrow size been going here for a year and it was fine idk what happened but this isn’t the first time I’m hearing of them messing up peoples eyebrows lately

I have been going to Aliana since 2015. Shefali, the owner, and the entire staff are wonderful. Their quality of work is excellent, and their prices cannot be beat. My daughter and I have been coming here for almost 3 years now. We love all the ladies here especially Shefeli and Ash! We always come here to Aliana to get our eyebrows threaded and they ALWAYS look amazing. In fact, we try to come every 3-4 weeks and when we get too busy or forget we once again are amazed at how gooood our eyebrows look afterwards. Ash tinted my eyebrows for a special event I had and wow they were gorgeous for almost 10 weeks. We have never had any issues and the ladies are very kind and respectful. LOVE ALIANA!♥️ Thank you Aliana ladies for helping us become more beautiful!

Went to have my eyebrows threaded this morning. The salon is super clean and smells wonderful. The owner is the sweetest person and she made my eyebrows look gorgeous. She’s very gentle and easy to talk to. Would highly recommend. I definitely will be back!

Critical: QualityWorst brazilian wax I’ve ever experience in my life.. first I walked in and noticed they don’t use hard wax red flag for me, not only that they have want in these rollers how sanitary is that?!? The lady proceeded to wax me. She just ripped the strips off like purposely trying to hurt me. It was the most painful wax ever. I normally get brazilian done and never have any problems just the usual slight pain but nothing major. I can tolerate pain pretty well but when I got this wax I was literally in tears. Felt like she ripped skin off along with the hair. But I hung in there and finished. Got home and noticed she left patches of hair and little hairs .
