My first massage went even better than I hoped! My therapist Michelle was recommended by a friend, and for good reason. She was very thorough with her questions about my problem areas before we got started, and was always checking to make sure I was comfortable the entire time. They also had a lovely selection of aromatherapy items for purchase in the lobby, which I couldn’t help but buy a few things for myself. I will definitely be back!

It is often hard for me to find a place that I can instantly relax and that also has a massage therapist with skill that I also feel relaxed around. Morgan did a great job and really helped the problematic areas with great attention. She also got me in same day when she had a cancellation when she could have went home with it being the last hour of her work day! It is often hard for me to find a place that I can instantly relax and that also has a massage therapist with skill that I also feel relaxed around. Morgan did a great job and really helped the problematic areas with great attention. She also got me in same day when she had a cancellation when she could have went home with it being the last hour of her work day! I’m so thankful!

Best massage ever! I was experiencing some left upper back/shoulder pain from lifting boxes after moving here 2 weeks prior. So I set out to find a good massage to help me get those muscles feeling better. I have to say I was extremely impressed. It was quite and relaxing and she communicated with me about pressure and painful areas. Michelle/Ember was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend.

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismMy wife called in advance and booked a couples massage (per their policy). Our appointment was at 11. We arrived 10 minutes early, but the doors were locked. We waited until 10 after and tried to call the center. No answer, so we left a voicemail inquiring about our appointment and the scheduled time.We had other appointments so after waiting 15 minutes passed our appointment time we left. Twenty-five minutes after our appointment we get a call from our therapist. Several people were busy (including the owner), had other appointments, called out, were sick, or traffic was really bad. No one bothered to call us (even the one stuck in traffic) to inform us they were running late. To top it off, the couples massage we had booked wasn’t even going to be a couples massage because the other therapist called out at some point. Again, no one bothered to contact us.I understand things happen, life happens, but for a business to require appointments then not bother to contact their clients until nearly 30 minutes after their scheduled time is just poor service and remarkably unprofessional.The therapist who contacted us did offer their “birthday rate” as compensation, but the whole experience was off-putting. The staff is awesome. The massage bed had a heating blanket under the sheet, which I’ve never experienced. Michelle did my massage. She was professional, and very friendly. I felt very comfortable, and cant wait to go back next month.
