Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThe first time I went to this salon the owner Aleyda was rude and the salon was extreme messy. She looked like she just got out of bed and she didn’t even acknowledge me when I walked in and proceeded to talk on the phone for 20 minutes while looking at me. When I finally sat down in the chair she continued to talk on the phone. Although I didn’t like her customer service or the cleanliness of her salon I was impressed with my hair. I decided to give her another chance because my hair looked great. When I went in the second time I still got the same horrible customer service. When I sat down in her chair to get my hair washed she talked on the phone the whole time. After she finished styling my hair I told her looked nice with a smile on face but she had a stank face and started picking apart my hair and telling me how thin it looked. I was so sad! Here I am thinking my hair was in pretty good shape. It made me extremely self conscious. I didn’t feel like she was coming from a good place at all I felt like she was purposefully being rude. On that day she said she could only accept cash so I told her I would be right back and it literally took 10 minutes when I came back the door was locked and the lights were off I called her and she told me to slide the money under the door. The first time I went to this salon the owner Aleyda was rude and the salon was extreme messy. She looked like she just got out of bed and she didn’t even acknowledge me when I walked in and proceeded to talk on the phone for 20 minutes while looking at me. She doesn’t check her website because if she did, she would have called me and told me the new address. And she would have known she had an appointment booked. Then she told I should have called her. So unprofessional. And what kind of lazy business owner does not check for bookings on their own website? She doesn’t check her website because if she did, she would have called me and told me the new address. And she would have known she had an appointment booked. Then she told I should have called her.
