Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueDonna and her team are the best hair dressers I am associated with. I have been going to this salon for over 15 years and continues to have my hair done here. I moved from Quincy to Boston but goes to Alex hair salon for my haircuts and color. They understand exactly what I want and I am pleased with their work. My sister and I did our hair yesterday and it was perfect, just what we asked for. They are very reasonable and professional. Donna and her team are the best hair dressers I am associated with. I have been going to this salon for over 15 years and continues to have my hair done here. I moved from Quincy to Boston but goes to Alex hair salon for my haircuts and color. They understand exactly what I want and I am pleased with their work. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI dont even know where to start. They dont put hair color on your head the correct way. Your not supposed to start at the top of your head bc then your roots will be lighter than the bottom half… they are so rough and legit hurt my scalp. I asked for light brown and she told me it would look nice and she was happy to do it. It turned out orange red. I asked her what color she did and she put in the wrong color. I demanded a refund but the owner laughed at me and refused to give me my money back. My hair is burnt and gross now and I am so upset. Do not come here. The other reviews are fake. They need to be shut down. I dont believe that they ever went to beauty school. I’ve taken hair styling classes and they messed up so bad.
