I went to Alyssa she was very friendly very personable. I felt very comfortable the salon was very nice the other stylists were also friendly and welcoming. Alyssa did exactly what I was looking for. I was transitioning into a pixie style from a angled bob which can be nerve wracking she took her time and was really detailed with my cut. She was able to show me pictures before hand so we knew exactly what I was going for and what I didn’t want as well. I absolutely love my new haircut. I’d recommend her to anyone.

The stylist I got had no clue what she was doing. I went in to get my hair lightened and cut. I told her I wanted to go lighter than I was and that I have a lot of greys as well . So she put highlights in but never covered up my greys . She barely knew how to do the highlights . Then when she rinsed my hair she drenched me. I just wanted to leave I was so aggravated .Then when she cut my hair she put this weird rubber thing around my neck as if it helped her cut my hair because she had no clue what she was doing .Then when she put layers in my hair I could barely tell they were even put in my hair .Next when she dried my hair she dried most of it with her fingers which made my hair super frizzy. She finally used the brush when my hair was almost dry . She didn’t even style my hair nice . It was a mess .I had to go straight home and fix it. After that experience I will never go there again !
