I was super happy with the products they used as they are from Spain and are vegan, sulfate free, paraben free, mineral oil free and colorant free! They smelled great and my hair condition was way better than when stepped in. And having stylist who know how to deal with curly hair is a God-send! Very happy with my experience at Alexis Hair Studio! The staff is professional yet personable and all super nice. I was super happy with the products they used as they are from Spain and are vegan, sulfate free, paraben free, mineral oil free and colorant free! They smelled great and my hair condition was way better than when stepped in. And having stylist who know how to deal with curly hair is a God-send! She consulted with me prior to beginning my haircut to give me a cut that worked for my everyday lifestyle. The layers and length is amazing! Denise was patient and wonderful with my hair. Her wash was so relaxing and the products smelled so nice! She consulted with me prior to beginning my haircut to give me a cut that worked for my everyday lifestyle. The layers and length is amazing! The salon is very clean and followed the covid regulations. I felt really safe and comfortable the entire time.

Critical: Quality, ValueMy experience was horrible. At first i was excited because they told me i was going to be given a treatment to my hair. That excitement slowly descended. I was told that my hair was”thirsty” the whole wash…. mind you I do hair my hair was not as dry as they made it seem. Then i was told i was only going to be only washed by the first lady but she ended up styling my whole head. I wanted a silk press and when it came time to press it i felt my hair ripping out and i told her she said shell “just go lighter on it”. When he were done she turned me around to the mirror all fast like she did something. My hair was horrible it still looked like she only blew it out. The the lady that was supposed to do my hair finished her client anf my lady asked to use the flat iorn she had to go over it and i just stopped her because it was already so much heat on my hair at that point. i only got charged for the wash and blow but i didnt even wanna pay at all. im disgusted!Service: HairstylingMy experience was horrible. My experience was horrible. At first i was excited because they told me i was going to be given a treatment to my hair. That excitement slowly descended. I was told that my hair was”thirsty” the whole wash…. mind you I do hair my hair was not as dry as they made it seem.
