She did a great job on 1 of my 3 kids, but the other 2 she did shorter than asked. She asked how short and was shown and then over the course of the hair cut she kept making them shorter.

Well for starters the place was little and when they finish with cutting my Bestfriend hair and they didn’t clean up the hair on the ground and just continue to go to the next person in line. The place is not a safe zone for kids its dirty and the place is not neat from my experience. Also there’s only a little amount of chairs to seat in.
