Critical: Cleanliness, Punctuality, QualityWe called for a 5:20 appointment. When we got there we were placed in pedicure chairs and left there for about 30 mins, just sitting. It wasn’t until my friend asked if they were going to put water in the pedicure tub, that the worker did – but only for her. I continued to sit and wait. They didn’t start my pedicure (even feet soaking) until almost 6pm. After the mediocre pedicure we were moved the the manicure part of the salon – which looked like it had never been cleaned. There was nail dust all over the tables and the floor appeared as it had not been swept, ever. My friend got a full set/gel manicure and had to ask them to refile the nails at the end as they were jagged. I got the same and was cut twice and left the salon with polish on my fingers and across the cuticles as if I’d done the nails on my own. I brought it to the techs attention and she just scraped at the polish on my finger with her nail. When she rang us up my friend (who got the exact same service as me) was charged $5 more because of the nail shape she chose. It wasn’t until my friend asked if they were going to put water in the pedicure tub, that the worker did – but only for her. I continued to sit and wait. I have used this salon about 6 times in the past. Nail work is always good and people are wonderful. My only complaint is that I set an appointment for a specific time to work with my schedule. But upon my arrival, there were two other people in front of me. One, I know had an appointment scheduled 5 minutes before mine. Twenty minutes later, her manicure began. I gave myself a good two hour window to get my nails done, but knew I wouldn’t be gotten to in time to make it back to work, so I left 40 minutes after my appointment time. I understand that scheduling can be difficult with no shows and cancellations, but why accept appointments if you have no intention of even coming close to keeping them?

Very unprofessional service! If it wasn’t for my mother giving my sisters and I this gift certificate for Christmas we would’ve never gone there. We originally had an appointment at 4pm and got there 5 minutes before and even called when we were on our way to clarify everything because this isn’t our first rodeo. Ended up waiting an additional two a ND a half hours and then when the lady told us to go back in the back room we sat there for another hour before anybody even looked our way. She started to paint my nails not even bothering to cut or file them, didn’t even give the foot massage like they are supposed too.granted I know it was almost closing time but to rush my service was uncalled for.and when we finally got done with everything we went to go give them our certificate and he upcharged us 25$ a piece on top of our 55$ certificate because he didn’t clarify that gel nail polish didn’t apply to our certificate Which should’ve been mentioned before hand. 10/10 would nit recommend. Cause we basically paid them 75$ a piece to paint our nails when we could’ve done that at home!!!

Im not one to normally write a bad review, but this was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. My technician didn’t massage my feet at all, left gel polish cured onto my skin, and was on the phone the whole time. I did not enjoy my experience

3.5 hours spent here despite having reservations. Two employees. The guy kept accepting reservations despite that. Other reservations later than us went first. The colors provided to choose from weren’t mentioned that there was an upcharge of $20 for picking one of those colors. Just bad business practices. Not too mention he’d spend over an hour on someone’s acrylics and the girl was doing mani/pedis and finished more than two people in that time frame. Was he milking the time?

DO NOT go to the old women if you do you will get gum drop as your thumbs!!!!! My mom disliked her she hated her nails after!!! My moms is the pink with the sparkles and mine were the frogs go to trouble to get your nails done if you do go to them!
